Top Pot Doughnuts was founded in February 2002 by brothers Mark and Michael Klebeck in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood, taking its name from a vintage neon sign originally reading 'Top Spot' whose 'S' fell off during restoration. The brand pairs hand-forged doughnuts with a retro aesthetic and gained national reach after a 2004 partnership resulted in their recipes being used in Starbucks locations across the U.S. and Canada. Top Pot doughnuts are the official doughnut of Lumen Field, home of the Seattle Seahawks, and the chain now operates 17 Puget Sound locations.
