Verve Bowls - Downtown

Verve Bowls was founded in Seattle in 2016 by brothers Matt and Scott Alderson, who were inspired to bring Brazilian açaí bowls to the Pacific Northwest after trying açaí for the first time in 2015. The brand started with a flagship Capitol Hill location and has expanded to Downtown, Ballard, and Pike Place Market. In 2023, brothers Jainul and Krushang Vaghasia, who began as customers, took over ownership and continued the mission of serving handcrafted, fully plant-based açaí and pitaya bowls made with organic ingredients.
