Achilito's Taqueria
Founded in Jamaica Plain in 2018 by Margaret Pimental, Achilito's has grown from a single shop to multiple locations. The nachos start with a base of refried beans, pico de gallo, and guacamole, then are built with your choice of protein and a range of eight house-made salsas including mango, pineapple, and spicy habanero. The all-scratch approach to salsas separates this from standard taqueria nachos.
