A Commonwealth Avenue landmark near Boston University since 2003, Sunset Cantina is known for 38 beers on tap, over 200 tequilas, and massive XXL nacho platters loaded with tri-color chips, chili, Mexican cheeses, black olives, ranchera salsa, and steak. The lively bar atmosphere with live entertainment makes nachos central rather than an afterthought. The Phantom Gourmet has featured it among Boston's best bar food.
