Capo's by Tony Gemignani
Capo's is the Chicago-style pizza and Italian dinner house of 13-time World Pizza Cup Champion Tony Gemignani, opened in 2012 in San Francisco's North Beach neighborhood with a Prohibition-era speakeasy atmosphere. The restaurant serves all four classic Chicago pizza styles — deep dish, stuffed crust, cracker thin, and cast iron pan — alongside wood-fired pastas and retro Italian classics. The cast iron 'Dillinger' pie won World's Best Pan Pizza at the International Pizza Challenge, and the exclusive Quattro Forni pizza (limited to 20 per day) is cooked across four different ovens.
