Eva's Bakery

Eva's Bakery Boulangerie is a beloved downtown Salt Lake City institution opened by chef and owner Charlie Perry in honor of his great-grandmother Eva Coombs, who inspired his lifelong passion for French cooking and quality ingredients. Perry's family has deep roots in Utah grain farming — his grandfather owned Central Milling in Logan — and the bakery uses locally sourced flour to craft artisan breads, French pastries, and sandwiches. Located at 155 S. Main Street, Eva's is a landmark in the Salt Lake City food community.
