Frankie & Jo's is Seattle's pioneering 100% plant-based ice cream shop, founded in 2016 on Capitol Hill by Kari Brunson and Autumn Martin. All bases — oat milk, coconut milk, and sprouted nut milks — are made by hand daily, and flavors like beet strawberry rose and pickled blueberry are crafted with superfoods and alternative sweeteners. The B-Corp certified shop was named Seattle's best ice cream by The Infatuation in 2023.
