Freedom Beat is the American comfort food restaurant inside the Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, created with a menu by Hell's Kitchen Season 12 Champion Chef Scott Commings. The concept takes diners on a regional road trip across America with dishes like Chicken Fried Bacon and Beer Can Chicken, paired with live music performances and craft regional beers and boilermakers. The weekend Freedom 2 Brunch with live local artists has been a signature draw.
