Soulbelly BBQ opened on May 12, 2021 in Las Vegas's Downtown Arts District, founded by James Beard-nominated chef Bruce Kalman and business partner Richard Camarota in a converted automotive garage. The restaurant specializes in Central Texas-style BBQ with a chef-driven approach, and has been named a top Texas-style BBQ spot outside of Texas by Texas Monthly and ranked in the Las Vegas Review-Journal's Top 100 restaurants in 2024.
