HINODEYA Ramen Union Square is the second San Francisco outpost of the acclaimed four-generation Japanese ramen chain, located at 219 O'Farrell Street in the heart of downtown. The restaurant carries the same award-winning dashi ramen menu as the Japantown location, featuring signature bowls like the Sukiyaki Ramen, Hamaguri Clam Ramen, and Duck Confit Ramen built on century-old soup stock recipes. The chain's wafu-ramen was a finalist in the Tabelog Japan Ramen Award 2016 out of 38,000 shops nationwide.
