Hui Tou Xiang
Hui Tou Xiang is a Northern Chinese dumpling and noodle house founded in San Gabriel in 2012 by owner Xinpeng 'Jack' Li, celebrated for its namesake oblong potstickers stuffed with pork or beef and best enjoyed with black vinegar and soy sauce. The menu also features Hong Kong-style wontons, hand-pulled noodle soups, sesame noodles, and scallion pancakes, reflecting the culinary traditions of Northern China. A Hollywood location has extended the San Gabriel original's reach, and the restaurant also sells frozen dumplings and house-made chili oil to go.
