Mashti Malone’s
Mashti Malone's has been serving Persian-inspired ice cream in Hollywood since 1980, when Iranian immigrant Mashti Shirvani opened the shop after emigrating following the 1979 revolution. The shop is renowned for exotic flavors like rosewater, saffron, lavender, and faloodeh — a traditional Persian rosewater sorbet laced with rice noodles — made with organic ingredients and no artificial dyes. Now with three Los Angeles locations, Mashti Malone's is considered the city's most iconic Persian ice cream destination.
