Mensho opened in Salt Lake City's Post District in May 2025, bringing the globally acclaimed Tokyo ramen brand founded by master ramen chef Tomoharu Shono to Utah for the first time. Known for a farm-to-bowl philosophy using locally sourced seasonal ingredients and fresh daily noodles, the restaurant offers premium bowls ranging from $20 to $45 featuring A5 wagyu, truffle paste, and its signature Toripaitan ramen with black garlic oil.
