Mizumi is a Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star Japanese fine dining restaurant at Wynn Las Vegas, offering omakase, robatayaki, teppanyaki, and an acclaimed sushi bar helmed by chef Jeff Ramsey. The restaurant sources fresh fish daily from Japan and holds the rare license to serve Hokkaido snow beef, one of only two Las Vegas establishments to do so.
