S'MAC

S'MAC (Sarita's Macaroni & Cheese) opened on June 24, 2006 in Manhattan's East Village, founded by engineers-turned-restaurateurs Sarita and Caesar Ekya as the first restaurant in the United States devoted exclusively to macaroni and cheese. The restaurant has won Food Network's Comfort Food Feud competition and ships mac and cheese nationwide, building a devoted following since its East Village debut.
