Shu Jiao Fu Zhou is a beloved Fujianese family restaurant in Manhattan's Chinatown, founded in 2005 by the parents of current owner Nelson Wang, who immigrated from Fujian province. Known for hand-made boiled dumplings, peanut butter noodles, and meat-stuffed fishballs at famously low prices, the restaurant moved to its current location at 295 Grand Street and is named after the owner's mother. The Infatuation has called it one of New York City's top meals for its $3.50 dumplings alone.
