Squable

Squable opened in 2019 in Houston's Heights neighborhood, founded by James Beard Award-winning chef Justin Yu and cocktail entrepreneur Bobby Heugel, with chef Drew Gimma and operations director Terry Williams as partners. The restaurant occupies a former Southern Goods space at 19th and Shepherd, offering a European-American menu in a casual neighborhood atmosphere with teal booths and exposed brick. It is part of the same mini-empire that includes Better Luck Tomorrow and Penny Quarter.
