Tender Crush

Tender Crush is a chicken tender restaurant in SoHo at 529 Broome St, founded by Black Tap co-founders Chris Barish and Julie Mulligan alongside Executive Chef Stephen Parker. The concept pays homage to New York City's diverse culinary landscape, with tenders available fried in a buttermilk batter or grilled, paired with house-made dips and sandwiches named after NYC neighborhoods. Drinks include local craft beers from Coney Island and Brooklyn Brewery, plus signature soft-serve cocktails.
