Villa's Tacos Los Angeles

Villa's Tacos was founded by Chef Victor Villa, who launched the concept in November 2018 from his grandmother's backyard in Highland Park, Los Angeles. Known for handmade blue-corn quesotacos in a style Villa calls 'Tacos Estilo Los Angeles,' the restaurant earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand and won L.A. Taco's Taco Madness championship three times before opening its brick-and-mortar location in 2023.
