Wild Common opened in Charleston, South Carolina at 103 Spring Street, helmed by executive chef Orlando Pagán, who came to the restaurant from chef Sean Brock's McCrady's Tavern. The restaurant earned one Michelin star in 2025 as part of the inaugural American South Michelin Guide, and Pagán received a James Beard Foundation semi-finalist nomination for Best Chef: South in 2021. The tasting menu features local Lowcountry ingredients and incorporates Charleston Gold rice into its house-fermented sourdough.
