Baxter & Frost is a family-owned artisan bakery and espresso bar steps from Seattle's historic Pike Place Market, serving gourmet cookies and brownies baked fresh daily since 1999, sourcing many ingredients from neighboring Market vendors. The shop serves locally roasted Fulcrum espresso alongside ice cream scoops, milkshakes, cookie sandwiches, mini pies, and chocolate-dipped strawberries, open seven days a week including late evenings.
