Little Jaye

Little Jaye is a bakery and café in Seattle's South Park neighborhood, established in 2023 by the team behind Lady Jaye smokehouse and LJ Meats after their Sunday pastry pop-ups at Lady Jaye drew lines around the block for six months. The shop specializes in hand-crafted pastries including donuts, large cookies in rotating flavors, sweet and savory biscuits, and shokupan, complemented by breakfast and lunch sandwiches made with cuts from the adjacent LJ Meats butcher shop. Little Jaye represents the natural expansion of a West Seattle culinary ecosystem built around Lady Jaye.
