Hello Robin is a Seattle cookie institution founded in 2013 by Robin Wehl Martin, who rose to local fame for her whoopie pies before opening her Capitol Hill storefront — with encouragement from ice cream entrepreneur Molly Moon, whose shops use Hello Robin cookies for their legendary ice cream sandwiches. Now with three locations across Seattle and Bellevue, the bakery is known for rotating flavors like Brown Butter Snickerdoodle, Orange Habanero Chocolate Chip, and the signature Mackles'more graham cracker cookie.
