Dumpling Home is a Michelin Bib Gourmand-recognized Chinese restaurant in San Francisco's Hayes Valley, opened in 2020 by owner Jimmy Shen. The walk-in-only spot is celebrated for its hand-folded xiaolongbao soup dumplings — available in classic pork, chicken, beef, and Sichuan numbing pork — wrapped with supple, near-translucent skins and deeply flavored broth. Sheng jian bao pan-fried buns, crispy green onion pancakes, and hand-pulled noodles round out a tightly curated menu of Shanghainese comfort food.
