LC's Bar-B-Q is a no-frills Kansas City legend where hickory-smoked burnt ends, tender ribs, and pulled pork come out on Styrofoam plates with thick caramelized sauce and Wonder Bread. Featured on No Reservations and other national food programs, LC's is considered by many locals to be the most authentic expression of Kansas City barbecue. Sauce is applied generously from a squeeze bottle tableside.
