Opened in 2019 in Las Vegas's Chinatown at 4266 W Spring Mountain Road, Shanghai Taste was founded by Shanghainese chef Jimmy Li and partner Joe Muscaglione, with all chefs born and trained in Shanghai. The restaurant produces more than 3,000 xiao long bao soup dumplings daily and has expanded to a second Las Vegas location and a Dallas outpost.
