Xiao Long Dumplings

Xiao Long Dumplings opened in 2021 in Las Vegas's Chinatown, founded by owner Maya Kwong to share the communal dumpling-making traditions of her childhood. The restaurant makes between 6,000 and 7,000 dumplings daily by hand, with each dumpling featuring 18 to 22 delicate folds, and the name references both xiao long bao soup dumplings and Bruce Lee's Chinese name, Li Xiao Long. A second Las Vegas location has since opened on South Buffalo Drive.
