Soothr

Soothr is a Thai noodle bar in New York's East Village founded by three owners — Watthanawongwat from Udon Thani and co-owners Kittiya Mokkarat and Supatta Banklouy from Sukhothai — who built the menu around family recipes passed down through generations. The restaurant, whose name means 'recipe' in Thai, has earned consecutive Michelin Guide recognition every year from 2021 through 2025.
