Up Thai opened in 2014 on the Upper East Side of Manhattan at 1411 2nd Avenue, offering upscale Thai cuisine in a lantern-lit interior designed to evoke a Thai garden. The menu elevates traditional street food and regional dishes with high-quality, freshly sourced ingredients, featuring signatures such as Duck Tamarind, Massaman Curry, and Braised Beef Short Ribs. The restaurant has since expanded with a second location in Hell's Kitchen.
