Wayfare Tavern opened in June 2010 in San Francisco's Financial District, founded by celebrity chef and Food Network host Tyler Florence. The restaurant serves elevated American tavern fare rooted in early 20th-century California culinary traditions, was named to the San Francisco Chronicle's Top 100 Bay Area Restaurants in 2018, and relocated to 201 Pine Street in spring 2025 after 14 years at its original Sacramento Street location.
