Scovilles

Scovilles is a 21-and-over sports bar and wing restaurant located in Salt Lake City's Sugar House neighborhood, specializing in bold custom sauces and high-heat wing challenges including ghost pepper and Carolina Reaper options. The restaurant pairs its wing-focused menu with a rotating selection of largely local draft and canned beers and a seasonal craft cocktail program. Scovilles is named after the Scoville scale used to measure chili pepper heat.
