
Wing Coop
Wing Coop opened in August 2007 in Salt Lake City's Olympus Hills neighborhood, built around an extensive lineup of house-made wing sauces. The restaurant won first place at the National Buffalo Wing Festival in New York in 2007, 2008, and 2009 consecutively, making it one of only three restaurants in the country to win the award three years running and the only winner west of the Mississippi during that period. Their honey habanero, Tatonka BBQ, and Santo Tabasco sauces each earned the festival's top prize.
