Trolley Wing Company

Trolley Wing Company was founded by Jesse Wilkerson and Jeff Krie and originated inside a historic trolley car at Salt Lake City's Trolley Square shopping center. Known for its twice-baked chicken wings, the restaurant won City Weekly's Best of Utah award for five consecutive years and expanded to multiple locations before permanently closing all of its Utah locations in 2025.
